Nazeem has enjoyed 15 successful years in sport management, including National Team Marketing, Event Management, Account Management, Account Director and Sponsorship Management. He worked for the National Sports Council, and managed events for the National Sports Federations of Basketball & Swimming and also the United School Sports Association. As Account Director at Octagon he was responsible for various accounts as well as designing strategic sport sponsorships.
As Sponsorship Manager for Nedcor, Nazeem was responsible for all Nedcor sponsorships.

Sherizaan has been the latest edition to the M&M Marketing group. She got on board as a Personal Assistant and quickly grew within the company and just 3 years later she know holds the title of Project Manager. Working closely with the Managing Director she know has the ability to run at full speed with almost any given Project.

Some of the events Sherizaan has been involved with include:
Comrades Marathon 2014 – 2016; Gauteng Future Champions 2013 – 2016 , Afcon 2013; CHAN 2014; Gauteng Sports Challenge 2013 – 2015; Bonitas City to City 2013, SA Cross Country Championships 2014 & 2016.
